It’s always good to find some time to get away somewhere fun and relaxing when you can.
Whether you enjoy relaxing in the sun, reading a good book , hanging with friends , shopping, and or
being with family while you’re away ; don’t forget to find time for your workout !
One of our favorite places is the beach . There are lots of ways to get a great work out on the beach.
Start with a brisk walk or a jog to get your body warm and moving. Then you are ready to do some
toning work and stretches. All you will need with you is a beach mat and a set of hand weights!
