This time of year it feels good to wear those nice fitting jeans to show off the booty! Toned abs are something we should be striving for year round. To get yourself in top shape you will want to start doing these exercises for abs and booty.
Two of our Favorite Exercises for Abs and Booty
Aim to get at least 8-12 reps of each of these exercises for abs and booty in twice a week to see results!
- Action: Lying on your back with one knee bent and opposite leg straight , touch the knee with the opposite elbow and lower, then repeat the same move crossing the elbow to the extended leg as you exhale then lower. Do about 8-12 reps on one side then repeat other side.
- Action: Lying on your back with your arms crossed behind your head , lift your chest up (crunch) while reaching one arm up at a diagonal and then lower down as you exhale then repeat on the opposite side. Do about 8-12 reps.
- Action: On a mat in table top position place one 5lb weighted dumbbell behind your bent knee and slowly lower down and up as you squeeze your booty . Repeat on one side about 8-12 times.
- Action: Cross the right ankle behind the left knee in an attitude position and extend and straighten the leg up to the ceiling and return the ankle behind the knee. Repeat on one side 8-12 times.
