Thirsty? You probably need some more fluids! Whether it’s a hot day or you’ve just completed an intense sweat session at the gym, you should be replacing those fluids. Dehydration can make you feel sluggish, moody and even can lead to bad breath! You need to be sure you stay hydrated!
One way to stay hydrated is to carry a water bottle with you throughout the day. We have a favorite water bottle we enjoy using. It is called the S’well.
