Since Spring is upon us we are all motivated to stay consistent with our workouts so we are able to wear those new rompers this season.

Try these easy moves at home or your local gym:
Lunge – Lunge forward Keeping the front knee over the front ankle
and back leg extended holding for eight counts and switch legs
Squat – sit back through the heels hinging from the hips keep the chest open while lowering down and up for eight counts
