What is a Burpee?
- Begin in a standing position.
- Drop into a squat and place hands on floor.
- Kick your feet back into a plank position, while keeping your arms extended.
- Return your feet to the squat position.
- Stand up
The burpee tones the shoulders, abs, booty and legs! And it burns off those calories all day!
When you add burpee variations to your routine it takes your whole workout to a new level! Go even further to boost your metabolism and sculpt your body by adding a push up while you are in plank position. That adds extra toning to your arms!

Perform these variations for as many reps as you can for a thirty second blast interval. Burn those calories away. For a modification for those with knee injuries, you can step back instead of hop into plank.
